Green Light Shines on Auto Repair Shop

The company recently enrolled with the Green Business Bureau to become green business certified.

"At Flintworks, we want to show our customers that we go above and beyond when it comes to environmental precautions and are creating a safe environment for our customers and their vehicles. "
Flintworks had already made strides to green its oper acura ations prior to joining the GBB. The shop offer aston martin s G Oil to all of its customers. G Oil is an alternative oil product that can be used in any vehicle and is completely environmentally friendly while also outpe chevrolet rforming traditional oil products.
"We are also in the process of updating and training our technicians on how to maintain and repair Hybrid vehicles," says Flint. "Most Hybrid owners have no choice but to go a dealership in order to service their vehicle, and Flintworks wants to give them a dealer alternative with the same standard and quality of care that they deserve."
Not surprisingly, it was the GBB's standard of service that attracted Flint to the organization. He says that in researching available programs, he found that the GBB offered many more services than other groups. The ease in navigating the website, GBB's understandable material and initiatives, and having tools available to Flintworks day and night to ensure a smooth green transition contributed to the "easy" decision to join.
Moving forward, Flint says he is excited about the prospect of showing that the auto repair industry truly cares about the environment.
"We want people to know that we take our responsibility to our planet seriously and can work together with them to keep striving for a greener future," says Flint.
